My Father’s Day Sessions are in full swing! Yesterday Laura, Colton, and I ran around snapping some fun pictures of them to surprise her husband with for Father’s Day! I have so much fun shooting Laura because she is such a good friend of mine and is so laid back! Colton is so scrumptious and my girls just love getting to see him…I think my little Sloane is in love with him already!

Many of my good friends know I have gone back and forth and back and forth about doing weddings. At first it started at absolutely not…to maybe to now I am ready to give it a shot. I have an assistant and second shooter lined up so now I just need a couple who wants to put some mileage on my wedding belt!

You know a session is going to be a blast when the family starts out by saying “we don’t take ourselves too seriously!” I knew from that moment that we were kindred spirits! This is Julie, Brian, and Nick and they are the coolest family! I met Julie through Clear Channel…I am excited to announce that I am going to be a part of the Mix 96.1 Beautiful Baby Contest this year. The contest starts in July so be sure to checkout the website at www.mix961.com. Nick was showing me all of his moves on his skateboard which was fun to capture on film. I was quick to point out that when I got on one of those a couple of weeks ago with all of my niece and nephews the board flew out from under me and I landed flat on my back…just call me Grace!

What a beautiful family! I had the opportunity to do Carisella’s newborn session this past weekend and capture a glimpse into the life of the Hernandez family! Diego entertained us all while serenading his baby sister!
